1. Services Provided
We offer consulting services to e-commerce brands, helping them expand their presence on social media platforms. Including but not limited to:

  • Content strategy consulting

  • Brand positioning strategy consulting

  • Performance analysis for existing brand social media accounts

  • Creator management and scaling strategy consulting

2. Payment Terms
Payments for services rendered are due after the service has been fulfilled. Invoices will be issued upon completion of the service. Payments are securely processed through checkout upon receipt of the invoice.

3. Refund Policy
We strive to provide high-quality services. If you are unsatisfied with the services rendered, please email us at matt@viralse.com within 7 days of receiving the service. We will work with you to resolve the issue, but refunds will only be provided at our discretion. As payment is processed after the fulfilment of the service, no automatic refunds are issued.

4. Disclaimer
While we strive to provide accurate and effective consulting services, we make no guarantees about specific outcomes or results. Success depends on various factors, including but not limited to market conditions, individual effort, and proper implementation of strategies.

5. Liability
We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, arising from the use of our services.

6. Account Access and User Responsibilities
We do not provide clients with access to any accounts or platforms as part of our services. All parties are responsible for their own accounts and any associated activities.

7. Ownership and Rights to Content
We do not create content for clients as part of our services.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice to the other party.

9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement will first be attempted to resolve through mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration.

10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

13. Legal Restrictions
Our services are subject to applicable laws and regulations in the United Kingdom. There are no known export restrictions associated with our services.

14. Terms and Conditions of Promotions
Currently, no promotions are available. Any future promotions will be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be clearly outlined at the time of the promotion.

15. Miscellaneous
These Terms of Service represent the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements. Any amendments to these terms must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
